Your reminders are yours. Here is how you control the data.

1. Contacts access

You can create reminders manually without granting contacts permission.

1. Turn contacts access off in iOSOpen iPhone Settings, find CallMinder, and disable Contacts.
2. Use manual entry insteadEnter the person’s name, phone number, or email yourself when creating or editing a reminder.

2. Notification controls

If you no longer want reminder alerts, you can turn notifications off at the system level.

1. Disable notifications in iOSGo to iPhone Settings, open Notifications, choose CallMinder, and turn notifications off.
2. Adjust reminder schedulesYou can also edit or delete individual reminders inside the app.

3. iCloud sync choices

iCloud sync is optional. Your data can remain only on the device if you prefer.

1. Turn sync offOpen CallMinder Settings and disable iCloud sync.
2. Delete cloud dataUse the cloud data deletion option in the sync section if you want previously synced private records removed from iCloud.

4. Local data deletion

You can clear reminder data stored on the current device.

1. Delete from inside the appUse the local data deletion/reset control in the settings area if available.
2. Delete by uninstallingRemoving the app from your device removes local app data managed by iOS.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

CallMinder uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for aggregate usage insights and crash diagnostics. The app is not used for third-party ad tracking.

• There is no in-app ad tracking switch because CallMinder does not use cross-app advertising tracking.
• If you stop using the app and remove it, no new analytics or crash events will be sent from that device installation.

6. Communication app choices

You can choose which supported app or channel to use for voice calls, video calls, and messaging. These are feature preferences, not data sale settings, but they let you control how reminders connect to external apps.
